Well, it’s getting to be that time again, we’re now down to $31.47 (updated 09/19/08) in operating funds.
Roughly 1% of our listener base has helped to support Stop and Go Radio. Pretty scary when you look at it that way! I had to redo the math 3 times to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake!

Stop and Go Radio is run by volunteers who donate their time and talents to make our broadcasts possible. We are neither a non-profit organization or a commercial venture. Rather, we are a community radio project supported by volunteers and listeners.
Our biggest expenses are the cost of music licensing fees, network memberships, streaming our broadcast on the internet, website hosting, data center rack space for our broadcast server and occasional equipment purchases to make all this possible.

Honestly it varies, but if I add it up for a full year and divide it by 12 it’s $125.91 per month.
This doesn’t include hardware purchases or music purchases. This is licensing, stream hosting, web hosting, domain registration and rack space fees.
